Located on 5th Street behind Ristorante Capeo, by Perrion Hurd is on a brick decorative fence at CityGrove Townhomes.
His design was chosen for it’s beauty and relevance in an Arts District that features a monthly series called Jazz at the Joint.

Meet the Artist
Perrion Y. Hurd
Perrion Hurd is the Official Artist of the Arkansas River Blues Society.
Born and raised in Hughes, Arkansas - just minutes from Memphis and Beale Street - Perrion's work is recognized throughout Arkansas and the South for its ability to capture the people, stories, and passion at the heart of blues and jazz music.
Perrion recently finished an extensive mural installation at the Mosaic Templars Museum in Little Rock.
